Oliko Sveitsi tai Euroopan maan oikeastaan kiellä catch & release kalastusta. Tiedän, että se oli aihe keskustella vuonna 2008. anteeksi käännöksen Käytän paskaa online kääntäjä.

Switzerland and some German states have laws that prohibits release of fish of legal size. In the UK and Holland is C&R the rule when fishing pike and other sweetwater species. Sweden has also slot limits for pike along the most of the Baltic Sea cost. All fish under 40cm(16") or over 75cm(29.5") must be released if caught. I believe that C&R is fairly common in the western part of Europe and in Scandinavia, but isn´t practised very often in the former east block countries.

Giving you the Norwegian Rules.

For Pike there is no bag limit, or max/min size limit. Local bag limit rules may be found some places. It is however illegal to transfer fish from one lake or river to another. No matter if it is an already native species to the waters it is introduced to or not. For that reason you will not find many put'n take lakes or ponds in Norway.
For other species of fish than Pike there are usually a minimum size. Information on the minimum sized can be found on this site (Can be read in English and German as wella s Norwegian) http://www.fiskeridir.no/

There is also a limit of how much fish you can take out of the country. The limit is 15 kg of fish + one prize fish. If you get caught crossing the border with more than the bag limit the fine can be quite expensive (Average fine is about 100 euro per kg fish over the limit).

Norway also has a national fishing license. This license is only needed when fishing for Salmon, Seatrout, or Anadrome Arctic Char. The License can be purchased at any post office or post outlet in the country. the fee is about 200,- NOK or 18 Euro. The national License covered one calendar year, and is in addition to any local fishing license.
You don't need any license to fish in the ocean except if you are fishing Salmon, Seatrout or Arctic Char, and many of the lakes and rivers don't require that you purchase any license. you should however check at the local gas station, sports store or at the nearest farm (Land owner) before fishing. In Norway they have a law of right of way in the nature. This law states that you can camp for up to three days in the same spot anywhere in the nature. You are allowed to pick wild berries, mushrooms and fruits as long as you don't leave any trash behind. Use of an open camp fire is not allowed during the summer months, but most places this rule will be ignored as long as you follow common sense safety rules.

Thats pretty interesting, here there are laws and regulations regarding every aspect of the outdoors and land use public and private. A friend of mine just spent 2 weeks in Norway and didnt fish because he was under the impression that he could only fish for 1 day. I said one day is better than none
Thank You

Finninsh laws/rules about fishing and outdoors life are more or less the same as in Norway. For everymans fishing we have this license (29€/y) for each provence (+ goverment fishing card), for one rod. Which is most used license, but it doesn't apply on streams and such running waters. C&R has no rules at all, but it is coming more and more common practice amongst active fishermen. Of course, some places have limits and rules besides this. I.e. our biggest salmon river tornio has limit of 1 salmon a day per geezer. Of course, minimum limits apply to almost all salmon species and some more. Not for pike, though.
However, penalties for breaking the rules are ridiculous. About 50€ penalty for fishing without license... eikö kuggaan osaa
